1. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd has the right to refuse any application for membership or any application for supplementary cards. 2. Up to three supplementary cards will be provided free to organisations that join the Aquatic Rewards program. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd may charge $5.00 per card for replacement cards. 3. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Aquatic Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Aquatic Rewards program on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any cash reward entitlements in a member's account at the time of suspension or termination. 4. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd may terminate a membership in the Aquatic Rewards program without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions. 5. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd endeavours to rebate a cash reward to eligible members within two weeks from the time final product payment is received. Aquatic Leisure Technologies shall not be liable if a cash reward is rebated after two weeks from the time final product payment is received. 6. The value of a cash reward will be based on the type of product purchased from any of the Aquatic Rewards partners. Members can earn $200 per swimming pool purchase, $100 per spa pool purchase and $100 per boat purchase. •  The minimum spend required to receive a cash reward is as follows: Swimming pool (fibreglass or concrete) - $15,000 Boat - $15,000. (excludes inflatables). Spa pool - $7,000. 8. Members have up to 12 months to claim a cash reward after the time of purchase of a swimming pool, spa pool or boat from any of the Aquatic Rewards partners. Members claiming a cash reward after the 12 months from time of purchase may be refused a rebate. 9. Special offers/purchase incentives will be promoted periodically and will be at the discretion of Aquatic Rewards. 10. A member must notify Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd immediately of any change of address or of a lost or stolen membership card. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd is not liable for any delay in replacing a membership card or for any unauthorised use of a membership card. 11. Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable and remain the property of Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd. 12. Information concerning members, including information contained in the application form and information as to transactions resulting in cash rewards will be held in the database for Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd. 13. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd reserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice and at Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd's absolute discretion, to these Terms and Conditions. Aquatic Leisure Technologies Pty Ltd will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so. 14. Normal surcharges and Terms of Payment will apply on purchases made at participating purchases.
